Is there a fun/interesting/special anecdote you would like to share?

It might be a ''cliché'' but space exploration and astrophysics have always been two center of interests since my childhood, so my aim was always to end up in the space sector at some point. During my post A-Level studies, I chose to follow an engineering path, with an Optics/Photonics flavor, to work on satellites parts and subsystems. But instead, I entered the Augmented/Virtual Reality field which caught a lot of attention worldwide in 2015. I also knew that I didn't want to work in engineering (despite all the great things engineers create and build) but I did not see myself as a salesperson either. I then specialized in business administration and acquired some technical and commercial skills which, looking back, has always been key in my career progression. I stayed 8 years in the ARVR market, working in different countries (Ireland, Singapore, Switzerland) and decided to come back to my first crush: space! I reached out to a few companies in Europe and Latitude was the most exciting project of them all in my eyes. And I made the right choice, combining your passion and your work is a joy!

What is it like to put your expertise to work in the space sector?

I've always worked in sales until now and specifically in solution selling: the idea that you don't sell ''just'' a product but a service that answers specifically the problem of the customer. You listen, you acknowledge, you build an offering and try and remove the complex/technical parts of it to only solve the customer's problem. Well this is exactly what Latitude's commercial offering is about: a dedicated launch made to launch smallsat constellations with a custom and end to end service. We're not ''just'' trying to build a rocket, we're offering all the pieces customers need for their constellation project to be a success on all fronts. Solution selling applies in a lot of markets and I'm very happy to apply this in a different manner here at LATITUDE. It sounds trivial but it isn't!

What is the most fun in your job?

The space sector brings you some diversity everyday. Every week there is a ton of information to digest with markets trends, new entities, new regulations or new projects. It's moving fast and you don't have time to be bored! That's probably the most fun part of my job but also for everybody in the sector I assume.
