How did you end up in space with your study/work background?
I was unemployed and apply basically to every job offer I saw, at least this is how I see it now. I was invited to an interview for an assistant or something like that. During the interview head of a department that I apply to told me that this job will not satisfy me and he would like to give me something that would satisfy me. Then the recruiter said "you need to go to space" so I did.
Can you describe your role within your organization?
At Polish Space Professionals Association my work is to enable connection between space professionals but also to provide our best knowledge to public administration to enable space sector growth in Poland. Very important to us are activities of sharing knowledge and my role is to facilitate them. As in every leadership role there is a lot of listening involved and trying to satisfy or combine members needs and their vision of PSPA and values of the organization. At CGI Poland I'm looking for opportunities to help our customers growth their business or space journey with our 45+ years of experience in sector.
What is the most fun in your job?
I believe the most fun in my job are people. That I get to meet many different professionals and even sometimes I see a magic of connecting the right people. There is also fun for me in learning new things.
