Your Role in Our Space Mission:
Strategic HR Business Partnering Advise senior leaders and shape people strategies aligned with business priorities. Use workforce insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Explore and evaluate multiple strategic options, ask the right questions, and guide leaders toward well‑founded decisions. Build strong narratives and provide clear, compelling storytelling to support alignment and change. Drive organizational design, talent planning, and succession initiatives. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions. Collaborate effectively across cultures, especially with teams in Germany, Sweden, and Norway. Travel occasionally to support leaders and teams across locations.
Operational Excellence Ensure HR policies and processes are compliant, scalable, and aligned with company values. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development. Work closely with Works Councils with transparency and constructive co‑determination. Lead and support change management initiatives. Set up and refine HR initiatives, frameworks, and processes where needed. Drive cross‑functional projects with strong project management discipline. Continuously improve HR processes and the employee experience. Support leaders through organizational change with clarity and empathy. Use Workday effectively for reporting, analytics, and organizational updates.
Qualification Checklist Several years of HR Business Partner experience in international, fast‑paced environments. Strong HR expertise in Germany; knowledge of Sweden and Norway is a plus. Fluent German/English skills. Solid Workday proficiency. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives and change. Deep knowledge of modern HR practices and employment law. A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with both strategic and hands‑on capability.
Bonus Skills Additional language skills: Swedish and/or Norwegian language skills are a plus; French is an additional advantage.
