Sales Operations Manager

Your (space) mission You turn sales into a disciplined, data-driven engine that consistently delivers results. As the Sales Operations Manager at cosine, you take ownership of how we manage and convert our sales pipeline. You actively drive sales forward by equipping the team with the right tools, processes, and best practices. You ensure that opportunities are not only identified, but consistently progressed and successfully closed. Working closely with our Sales Engineers, you bring structure and commercial focus to highly technical conversations. You coach, challenge, and guide them to move beyond exploring solutions and toward securing deals. Through clear processes, strong CRM ownership, and data-driven insights, you enable more effective customer engagement and consistent conversion of opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Tasks & responsibilities In this role, your responsibilities will include: Own and optimize the end-to-end sales funnel in SuiteCRM, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and actionable insights Coach, challenge, and hold Sales Engineers accountable for pipeline quality, CRM discipline, and progressing opportunities toward closure Establish and enforce clear sales processes, cadence, and accountability (e.g. pipeline reviews, QBRs) Build dashboards and reporting that enable data-driven decision-making for sales and leadership Automate and improve workflows across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR

Your profile We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics or similar You have experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a commercial (B2B) role with strong process ownership You are comfortable coaching and influencing technical stakeholders without formal authority You combine commercial acumen with data-driven thinking and a strong sense of ownership You have hands-on experience with CRM systems (SuiteCRM experience is a plus) You know how to drive pipeline discipline and bring structure to complex sales environments You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or Business IT & Management
