Legal Counsel

EmTroniX is hiring a Legal Counsel who will act as a trusted business partner, supporting our teams in an international and high-tech context. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with customers, suppliers and partners; ensuring compliance with European and international contract law; advising management and teams on Luxembourg corporate and labour law matters; supporting HR on employment contracts, policies, and legal questions; managing intellectual property topics, including trademarks and trade names; providing guidance on export control regulations (including ITAR); identifying legal risks and providing clear, pragmatic and business-oriented advice; supporting contract management across international projects and programmes; contributing to the development and improvement of internal policies and compliance frameworks; and supporting dispute resolution and coordinating with external legal counsel when needed. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in Law (European, international or business law preferred), a minimum of 3–5 years of experience as legal counsel or lawyer, strong knowledge of European and international contract law, Luxembourg corporate and labour law, and intellectual property, familiarity with export control regulations (ITAR is a strong advantage), experience in a high-tech environment (aerospace is a strong plus), fluency in English (written and spoken), and strong analytical skills with the ability to translate legal complexity into practical solutions. Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while interacting with multiple stakeholders are essential.
